Hlw Dr. Can I take patanjali YOUNAMRIT VATI and patanjali SHILAJIT together??? If so then what quantity can I take. Currently I am 21 yrs.

I use thyroxine 25 mg for thyroid and metformon 500 for sugar..is there any permanant solution for these 2 completely without using alopatic medicines...can any one suggest
