I've been drinking Baidyanath Giloy+Tulsi juice, 30ml per day with a spoon of honey. Which is more effective between Giloy juice and Giloy tablets? Can the juice be taken life long? Thank you.

Had it since childhood, took allopathy for 23 years, then homeopathy for 2 years, finally ayurveda for the past 12 years. Ayurveda has already cured me 40% but still during feb-apr and oct-jan i suffer a lot. I still follow strict ayurvedic diet. Is there any other ways of getting relief. I cant take strong medicines bcoz i have ulcer too from the age of 7. If you can suggest me some mild ayurvedic medicine for relief i would be grateful. Thanks
