I have vata dosha. Discomfort in stomach and burps after eating. I also get headache and few trouble while falling asleep. I wake up startled even with the slightest sound. After waking up I feel tightness at the back of my head. I have been dealing with this issue since last 3-4 months and have been to 10 different doctors. All brushed it off as psychosomatic but only one Ayurvedic doctor told me it's vata dosha and has prescribed me some medicines. Is there any cure to my illness?

I had pcos. Went through lot of ovulation stimulations with clomid and letroz. Ovulation occurs every cycle but I didnt conceived. My partner side is very clear, he doesn't have any problem.Got fed up with the synthetic drugs so I have recently started taking ayurvedic medicines  like shri vyadhihari rasa tablet, ashoka ghrutham, ashokaristha and lodhrasava syrups.My husband is taking aswaghandaristham. Are these helpful for me. If so, how long these ayurvedic medicines takes time to absorb and work in the body? Please help me with this.Thankyou!

My doctor prescribed me for scanty period light bleeding no any medical issue all reports are normal is it good medicine or not Stri rasyan vati 1-1 Lohasav 2-2 tablespoon Kumariasav 2-2 tablespoon Yograj gugglu 1-1 for one month does it increase weight? Can I take this medicine during period?

Hello I have been diagnosed with PCOS I'm having hirsutism Like in my chin area which is very light and not that prominent until one notices it closely So is ubtan helpful in removing those light hair or do I have to take laser treatment? For how long should I do to see visible results
