Avipathi choornam dosage
Hello, I have got bottle of avipathi choornam (Kerala ayurveda) for constipation and acidity issue, what is correct way and dosage to take it, label says 1-2g while I was prescribed 10g at bedtime, can anyone help?

Adjuvant drink with avipathi churna differs for patients. Usually milk or warm water is used.

Hi You can take 1 teaspoon(3-5 gms) 10 minutes before dinner with hot water .Make sure to take it with hot water to avoid lower abdomen pain.
