From last 2 years I think, but I observed it carefully now , that my urine is sticky, and smooth like oil, most often, is it a sign of dhat syndrome and also having lower back pain , or any infection. Should I go through a urine test , if yes then which test. Plz tell sir/mam. What should I doo???

From past 3- 4 months I m suffering from severe heel pain due to calcareal spur. From past 2 months I m on ayurvedic medicines like kaishora guggulu tablets, Chandraprabha tablets , punarnavadi kashayam and varnadi kashayam. Also I apply Rhukot liniment, murivenna and veliya marma tablets( soaked in rice water nd applied on heel at night and cotton dipped murivenna above it nd tied) But it's not really helpful. My pain is still there nd sometimes it's much more. Am I on right medications and if yes then why am I still having pain. Pls help.

Hi, I feel a bit of anxiety for last Seven months. I am taking the attached one Ashwagandha tablet daily. Due to which I feel better. Can this tablet cure anxiety? Is it safe to consume daily? Can it cure anxiety completely? Are there tablets in ayurveda to cure anxiety? Are this tablet habit forming in nature? What are the other advantages of taking Ashwagandha tablets? Any more ayurvedic supplement to be added to cure anxiety?

I know that SOURSOP fruit pulp can be taken by cancer patient as an alternative to chemotherapy. But my question is , is it advisable for healthy people also to take thia fruit, once in a while?

Hi Dr., I have decreased my weight from 60 kgs to 45 kgs in 1.5 yrs. I am having normal food, no junk or spicy food. I will go for a walk for sbout 40 - 60 mins in the morning. Sometimes I have severe constipation. Stool is bulky everyday. Please suggest any home remedies or medicine. Thanks,
