Heart palpitation ,ibs
I have hashitomoto and hypothyroidism since 8 years.it is in normal value.I have ibs problem from 18 months.gastroenterologist suggest sarotena 10 mg tablet for 6 months.I  hav severe headache  in morning ,deezziness stomach pain during periods,dry mouth, weigh gain 6 kg in 2 months.becaause of lockdown i cant take advice by doctor i suddenly stop taking tablet . doctor prescribed take another 3 months i 0am not taken.after 2 months i hav heart related issuess like chest pain,high pulse rate,skipped heart beat, racing heart beat, I awake in night while sleeping. I cant sleep on turning one side I feel discomfort in chest and I hear loud sounding of heart beat.i done ecg( tricardia mentioned) and echo hav normal.it is side effect of sudden stopping of anti depressant tablet sarotena 10 mg ?all of these because of anxiety?please suggest me it can be cured completely in ayurveda how long should I take treatment.for this which doctor I consult for this?
