Anxiety and heart palpitations
I have some heart palpitation and causing anxiety or vise verse. This is happening only after lockdown. I also have some acidity / indigestion issue. i have some weird feeling in my chest and checked pulse, oxygen level and bp, everything seems to be normal. Please help me to get out of this I'm having some unusuaL feeling and should overcome this. Due to this I cannot sleep at nights. Please help me. Note: before lockdown I didn't have any such issues.

Hello 1. Follow a healthy routine with fixed timings for meals, exercises, sleeping and working hours. 2. Include Yoga in your routine - Bramari pranayama, Nadisudhi pranayama, meditation and other relaxation techniques will be helpful to reduce stress. 3. In order to manage your gastric discomforts- Take easily digestible light food, ensure adequate water intake and avoid sedentary lifestyle practices. 4. In order to improve the quality of sleep- Follow sleep routine by fixing your bedtime and wake up time, Take light dinner, finish it early (around 7-8pm) , don't sleep immediately after having dinner, stop using mobile and other gadgets 3 hours before sleep. 5. Avoid intake of excessive sour spicy food, alcohol, heavy meals, fried food, baked items, pickles, uncooked food-raw salads,sprouts etc, Avoid sleeping during daytime. Regards
