Anxiety problem
I tell u my details symptoms 1 I don't feel stress before sleep and I have good sleep of 7 to 8 hours 2 sometimes I feel heart palpitations during sleep and also sometimes I feel stress after wake up and this problem solved after sometime 3 I don't drink or smoke and don't feel tired,lazy, anxious and frustrated due to anxiety 4 I wake up in good mood but sometimes I feel suddenly stress and I don't eat fast food 5 I take food only two times and I have gastric and acidity problem but this problem not affect my hunger,I feel hungry on time 6 sometimes suddenly I feel like I am lazy and like fell down but normal after sometime,but during this I feel gastric and pain 7 my stomach is empty good in morning and I don't feel constipation 8 in summer I have gastric and pain but Im winter I have gastric and burning and acidity So tell me it is due to anxiety,or pitta problem and head feel heavy on back above neck

Your mind disturbs your body mostly stomuch. There are beutiful result of ayurveda in such cases. Dont go through any remedy. Please take proper medicines under guidance. and you will get beutiful result  with your problem. If you ignore this step  it might be increase of your complaints.

I don't think you really have any problem that requires to be treated. All the symptoms are due to over thinking. Keep yourself happy. Eat and drink healthy. Include plenty of fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. This will improve your agni and keep your mind pleasant. Engage yourself in activities which you like do. It could be watching TV, Outing with friends, or traveling.  If your mental health improves then your problems will be solved. Spend time with your loved ones. Meditation and prayers will help you stay connected to positive energy. After following these within few days you will notice change in yourself.
