Stress and anxiety can be reduced by practicing yoga, meditation etc. Also there are few medications in Ayurveda that helps you to reduce the cause for ED and HTN.

Hello what causes you stress? First you need to find the cause for your stress. Seek counselling if that is disturbing you very much. Medicines are needed but they are secondary. You have to have a positive mindset to keep stress at bay. Follow breathing exercises which gives relaxation to mind. Specially abdominal breathing. Taking stress won't solve the problems that you face, it in turn adds up the problems and again you will be facing such health issues. Be sportive take all challenges in a positive way.
