Hello I have anxiety problem and I tell u symptoms
1 I don't feel nervous and stress due to anxiety or during anxiety
2 I feel nervous,stress and overthinking when I am facing problem
1 if I have acidity and gastric than I feel tired,lazy and anxious
2 I feel heart palpitations sometimes and only heart palpitations than I feel I will fell down but relax after deep breathing
3 I have heart palpitations in night before sleep and if I am happy than it problem comes in morning
4 During heart palpitations I feel gastric and acidity and also urine problem
5 I don't drink or smoke and any other bad habits
So tell me I have to visit heart specialist or I have anxiety problem
