Palpitations
I was 13 years old when suffered from chest pain and then palpitations.ECG,EcHO,thyroid everything normal.Chest pain cured but palpitations still present. While playing football I couldn't run much due to palpitations and feeling very low.Once cardiologist suggested psychiatrist.I have been taking SSRI and beta blockers since 2 years. Palpitations didn't cured.I also tried changing meds and dozes with CBT therapy but palpitations still present 💝. Although many symptoms like insomnia, leg pain, frequent urination got cured but palpitation present 24 hour.No longer trust for psychiatrist. Can someone guarantee to cure me or should I accept it as my fortune.

Care AI Shimmer
Hello, thank you for sharing your journey so openly. Persistent palpitations can be caused by many factors, including stress, vitamin or mineral deficiencies, autonomic nervous system imbalance, or underlying heart conditions even when basic tests appear normal. Ayurveda takes a holistic approach by addressing mind-body balance, strengthening the heart tissue (Hridya), and improving nervous system regulation through herbs, diet, and lifestyle. While no one can guarantee an immediate cure, many patients find significant relief and improvement with a carefully personalized Ayurvedic treatment plan focused on strengthening your overall vitality and calming the nervous system. I recommend a detailed consultation where we can review your full history and current symptoms to design a treatment that supports both your physical and mental health. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss further. Wishing you strength and hope, — Dr. Arisha

Hi, as per your detailing you are very young ,hardly 20 years old ,the present generation youngsters are mostly suffering from anxiety disorder, Most of the time it's neuro -chemical ,which go up and down ,for which, you may have to fill them with natural foods and medicines and if they are interfering with your social life you may have to take allopathy medicines, but still they are not final treatment, as you earlier mentioned about CBT , ( unlike advanced countries, here it's very expensive) 1) try to divert yourself 2) keep goals 3) start walking/ yoga like exercises 4) do some chanting or mindfulness course You can consult an ayurvedic doctor with your previous history
Next Steps
take timely food 8 hours sleep

Persistent palpitations despite treatment can be frustrating. Sometimes, underlying causes like autonomic imbalance or anxiety can be stubborn. Ayurveda and yoga can help balance your nervous system and improve heart health naturally, but no one can guarantee a quick cure. Continue exploring holistic approaches like pranayama, meditation, and personalized Ayurvedic care. Consult a trusted Ayurvedic doctor for tailored support and hope—don't lose heart.
