Ashwagandha in anxiety and panic attacks
I am taking homeopathic medicine (sbl tranquil) for anxiety and panic attacks. However, recently i understood that ashwagandha tablets is also used in anxiety and panic attacks. So , I want to ask whether I can take both the medicines at same time?? Will there be any side effects ???
Does ashwagandha also works on relieving anxiety symptoms like chest pain and palpitations???
Pls recommend best ashwagandha tablets also???
