Anxiety and panic
I started having panic attacks and anxiety in public meetings recently and as a result, I am unable to speak in them. Can you suggest any ayurvedic medicine to deal with anxiety and have good sleep. I use Sankhapushpi daily so night for my epilepsy and stress.

Dear , as u said already u are diagnosed with epilepsy so u must be on treatment. U thinking in right way.. lots of excellent remedy available in Ayurveda. U can visit any Ayurvedic physician u wl get benefit. Without examination and evaluation cannot give Medicine dear

with history of epilepsy,your symptoms need physical and detailed  assessment of ayurveda's nervous tissue majja dhatu. the recent anxiety attacks may be due to some other pathology too like vata imbalance. I suggest you to visit and consult nearest ayurveda expert or atleast online.

follow regular sleep pattern. meditation, pranayam and yoga are useful in this conditions.
