Hello doctors
I am 33 years old.
I have rheumatoid arthritis. I had severe pain in joints 6 months back. I was overweight around 91.5 kg. Than I decided to change my life style. I reduced my weight by 20 kg by leaving wheat, rice milk and starting ashgourd juice millets etc.
I had some family stress also during these days some with wife and some due death of a cousin due stroke. Also sleep also got disturbed.
I generally sleep in dreams.
Now one night I felt anxiety , fear , increased heartbeat and bp. I was afraid a lot and underwent various test like cbc thyroid ultrasound and 2d echo
All are normal. I used to have such feelings often and got afraid more. Now I feel very low in mood anytime in the day and sometimes feel very good. Mental fatigue is very high. Although these physical symptom like heart palpitations are normal now. Please suggest what to do with these low mood and fear feelings.

Your symptoms are due to anxiety and mental stress. You can start Ayurvedic medicines like Manasmitra Vataka or Ashwagandha tablets daily. They help calm the mind, improve sleep, and reduce fear. Also, do deep breathing and walking in fresh air daily.
Next Steps
Avoid tea, coffee, and screen time before sleep.
Do 10–15 mins of yoga or meditation.
If symptoms continue for 2 weeks, consult for full Ayurvedic treatment.
