My all report are normal but ruk ruk k bleeding hota h my doctor prescribed me stri rasyan vati lohasav syrup. yograj guglu and kumariasav but I forget stri rasyan vati yograj gugglu kitni tablet leni hai

I have black spot on my face .it's like small dot near my left side of nose and some are in chick also. Is there any ayurved medication for remove these spots from face.pls help
