Hi doctor ,My age is 30,married.my first problem is. 1. past one-month am facing too much sleeping problem.I can't sleep at night at all and the next day I feel very depressed and sleepy but at night can't sleep.Frequent urination is there but my sugar and urine culture report is normal.am feeling restless and sometimes I take alzolam but don't want to take that.Any good ayurvedic medicine can cure this problem? 2.My second problem is my delayed menstrulation or abscent.my all hormonal reports okay tendency is high of prolactin level so for that I miss my periods for many months.i have tremendous hormonal imbalance and delayed or abscent period.What is the good ayurvedic tonic can decrease my prolactin level and balance other hormones? Presently am taking thyroid medication and vitamin d once in a month.

Dignosed with 1.bulbur stricture 2.thickening of bladder wall grade 1 Which are the ayurvedic medicine for these Issues. USG is normal.

Hlo My age is 36, I am suffering with under eye dark circles and pufness from back 1year Before it was light colour now they going very black and getting high day by day I don't have any alcohol habits nd yes I smoke 2 to 3 cigarettes a day, I am pure veg guy, bd health wise fine, I usually go under body check up once in Every 6 months and almost all reports are normal, sleep also gud for 7 hrs in night, just I wake up till late night on Saturday only, kindly suggest some things for my under eye darkness By it my face looking very bad and dull
