Plz suggest me ayurvedic treatment of utheristis...I have some symptoms but my urine report is negative. .

I have symptoms of utheristis...pain in lower abdomen while urinating and pooping and white discharge and my period is also irregular...and I also experience constipation and gas and indigestion problem

I'm 18 years old. Can I take alovera juice then which brand is best for alovera juice Plz answer my question 🙂🙂

Is it fine to take Ashwagandha & Arjunarishtha daily dose in tandem or only one of these be taken at a certain time. What is the recommended dosage for both of these ? Is is it good to take Ashwagandha in powder form or syrup form? Thank you

I have got high cholestrol and uric acid and also got disturbed liver profile(high sgpt amd ggpt) I thought of taking bhoomi amla and Punarnava mandur along with regular medicine (thyronorm and febuxostat). I have bhoomi amla plant at home, how should I take that. I am skeptical to have bhoomi amla juice from market as it has sodium.benzoate. please suggest best ayurvedic option in this case.and if I take plant then how should it be taken( leaves or stem). Also please suggest if I can take kachha garlic daily im the morning

Hi sir i have these issues when i consulting siddha doctor they said i have low blood volume i have symptoms like all time fast heart rate dizziness sometimes fainting mental confusion difficult to concentrate memory issues loss of appetite sleeping all time too much tired Short breath Weak pulse Numbness often buttocks  both leg both hand Low BP many times goes beyond very low Is there any tablet for these symptoms

2 days ago in my city i visited a ayurvedic doctor.he prescribed me (samsmani vati, ashwagandha powder,trikatu powder ) but i don't know how to take it .he is out of town can you plzz guide me for the problems. 1.Sticky poop 2.Over weight 3.Oily skin 4.Jock itching (no infection) 5.Eyes pain 6. Soft stool not coming out (constipation)

I feel good hunger most of the times, but it seems like whatever I eat gets waste, I doesn't gain any mass, suffering from acute acidity prblm from last 2 years also. But the thing is I don't gain weight , it remains around 49Kg's only, I tried many things almonds ,honey ,ghee, banana milk, but got no benefit. I think there any problem in my digestion, what medicine should I use for effective digestion, what should I do Sir/Mam plz tell.

Age 20 years. I always feel pressure of gas on neck for 3 months for 24 hours. Previously I had a problem Of acidity but now I am suffering from Burping problem and gas stuck in neck problem. All tests are normal. And I have taken so many Ayurvedic and allopathic treatment but no results. What is the reason of this problem and solution?
