I am suffering from heavy sneezing i want to take Joshina syrup can i take it at night time secondly i had eat tomato ketchup yestarday can i still take this syrup many people says you should avoid it.

Yes you can take it twice a day 10 ml diluted with 100 ml of water after meals It has nothing to do with tomato ketchup. And that to it was taken yesterday.So you can definitely take the syrup
