I am having periods since last 15 days and it's not stopping. I had pcod earlier but after a recent scan it showed that my cysts are gone and now my ovary is normal. Please suggest something to stop my current heavy bleeding.

Hello doctor..  I'm 22 year old diagnosed with pcos . Actually what happened doctor I started my period on 5 Jan 2021 then my menstrual bleeding was for 15 days & it was very very less.. not as my regular period and then stop.. and after 10 days break now I again started my period now the same problem Iam facing menstrual flow is very very less Sharp lower back pain thigh pain.. Is this any serious problem or suggest me a test..

I am an obese person aged 24M, now on a diet and exercise plan to get fit. i am having quite a lot of stretch marks on shoulders, elbow and almost the whole of the belly area, and the stretch marks are not red or brown or purple, they have now turned white and are permanent. is there any cure for it in ayurveda?

Had it since childhood, took allopathy for 23 years, then homeopathy for 2 years, finally ayurveda for the past 12 years. Ayurveda has already cured me 40% but still during feb-apr and oct-jan i suffer a lot. I still follow strict ayurvedic diet. Is there any other ways of getting relief. I cant take strong medicines bcoz i have ulcer too from the age of 7. If you can suggest me some mild ayurvedic medicine for relief i would be grateful. Thanks

My daughter studies as well works as a teacher. So she needs to read and write a lot,also needs to use computer. She often gets her eyes tired and stressed,this is becoming a common thing...she wears glasses and does yoga, leads a routine life,but tired eyes give her headache very often
