How good is Gond Siyah (Kala Gond) ? Is there any side effects for eating Gond Siyah (Kala Gond) ? Should I apply sunlight to it before eating it?

I have skin infection form 3 years. Skin infection condition REDNESS , ITCHING, WATER FILLED BLISTER, I wash my face with simple water. After wash my face was dry and water out from blister.
