Hi actually an ayurvedic doctor prescribed me to take M2 tone syrup,aloes compound tablets and saraswatirishtra for hormonal imbalance & delayed irregular periods.Can you please let me know aloes compound should be taken after or before food?all 3 medicines have side effects and till maximum time I can use these medicines?I have high prolactin level.
