I am regularly going for 1 hour walk trying to reduce weight. Weekly once I have one drink of alcohol. One a week non-veg lunch. Now I am having little Joint pain and some thing like water retention in legs.
If I press my thumb on front portion below knee cap I will notice mark of thumb remains for a minute. Please suggest natural way to reduce this problem.
