I have developed rough skin on my left eye lid and under my left eye which sometimes cause itching.How to get rid of this? Can I use ayur herbal massage cream to moisturize it?

Hi, my son is 11 years old and autistic. Ayurvedic doctor whom I am consulting right now, prescribed medicated oil and told me to to put 4 drops in each nostril in the morning and 2 drops in the night. Is it safe to put oil drops every day like this? Will it not cause any harm if it is done every day for few months? Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
