Pranam doctors, How is dabur hepano tablet? Is it good to reduce bilirubin and crp level? What is suggested dosage?

I was hospitalised because of low blood pressure issue. During my treatment i was given some injection due to which i got swelling in my left hand. Its been 10 years its not going. Is there any remedy for it.

Hi ˌ I am currently taking brahmi tablet for vata dosha (breast feeding mother of 8 month old ) can I take vitamin B12 and calcium tablets as vitamin supplements along? does it cause any adverse effect with ayurvedic treatment( brahmi tablet+anu tail for nosal drop)

I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years and I hav very thirsty and dry mouth from 3 months.I checked rbs132.from 25 days I hav very hungry after 2hours of eating. Again I check hb1ac it is 5.8% it is prediabetic. I applied besan and haldi mix on my baby's skin and immediately he had red rashes. I immediately washed off and the rashes were gone in 5 mins. He has eaten food items made of besan and didn't have any issues . Is it some kind of allergy?
