Pain for the last four months allopathic medicines not trust only ayurved medicine required because of side effects issue

Sir, Iam suffering from pressure and heaviness in head mainly while walking and standing on hard roads like cement roads iam getting severe pressure, pain and heaviness in head sir iam comfortable in walking, standing on soil roads sir. Unable to travel on bus because of this problem sir. Done mri for brain and spinal cord everything is normal but my problem not cured sir please help me how to overcome this problem sir.used antidepressants, anticonvulsants but my problem not cured sir. I want to use ayurvedic medicine for this problem sir suffering alot sir.

Hi Doctor, My Mom Aged 54, Weighs 82 and 5'1, was diagnosed with hypertension in 2011. In Aug'20 she had High BP and headache. But since then her BP is not becoming balanced. Although I've shown the 15 days back to a physician she changed her medicines from Teliste 40mg to Telsar LN 5 she takes it in the morning once. Her blood profile is all good except B12 and D3 deficiency. She's taking telsar LN5 everyday since 15 days but today her BP was again at 155-105 but with no symptoms (she doesn't show symptoms now only in August that happened) there is a follow up tomorrow with the physician. I want to know what could be the best ayurvedic and lifestyle management I should suggest to her. Your kind help will be of great help during this situation. Thanks alot.

Dignosed with minor stricture and mild prostate issue after cystoscopy  after which  dialated done once.taking following medicines.posr voide urine is nml in USG . Chandraprabha vati Gokshuradi guggul Chandani vati Since last one month No significant improvement. Any other medication to improve urine flow and hesitancy.

I am suffering from heavy sneezing i want to take Joshina syrup can i take it at night time secondly i had eat tomato ketchup yestarday can i still take this syrup many people says you should avoid it.

Hello Dr. I am having redness on face skin as well as dryness mostly around lips. I met a skin specialist. He told me I have seborrheic dermatitis. He suggested me a cream but I just want to ask you that in ayurveda, is there any permanent solution available for that disease?Generally I am facing this problem in winters. I have been facing this problem for last 6-7 years. Could you please advise me?
