I have dandruff and hair loss and there is pain in the root of hair and itchiness (I need a oil and shampoo which is suitable for this) and can I apply starch of rice

From last 2-3 days, i used to feel heavy in stomach and constipated.. so i started using triphala powder at night. Now i feel empty stomach in the morning but I get loose stool.. is it normal or should I get checked for any other problem???

Hello I have been continuously working out and doing diet Some inches have been lost so far, but no reduction in weight by kgs. Like when I started in December I was 80kg and now I am 79.6 kg.
