I always had regular period. This month it is delay by 3 days .pregnency test is negative. How shal i induce period

A delay by 3 days is normal. Wait for atleast a week, & repeat the pregnancy test. If negative then you can induce it with Tab.Primolut N 1-0-1 for 3 days & wait. You should get your menses within a week

Wait for one more week  and repeat pregnancy test again...If still negetive then take rajahpravartini vati 2 tab thrice with warm water. Ajwain n ginger tea will also help.
