Dignosed with 1.bulbur stricture 2.thickening of bladder wall grade 1 Which are the ayurvedic medicine for these Issues. USG is normal.

My son is obese he is 14 yrs height 5 ft 7 " weight around 105 kg. He is over weight since 4 to 5 yrs. consulted Ayurvedic doctor and she has given gamana and sanchari tablets. Wanted a second opinion please. Are there any side effects and can these tablets be taken 3 times a day as there is no information about these tablets online.
