Panchakarma treatment
I will be taking panchakarma(Vamana) treatment this month. Can I consume alcohol and smoke 2 days before my panchakarma treatment starts ?

Hello, ideally smoking and alcohol should not be done before any treatment... Ayurveda works better with principles of precautions is better than cure...
