Doing exercise is okay with shirodhara. But in basti chikitsa there are certain routines which must be followed. Basti chikitsa is balancing Vat doshas in our body therefore any kind of activities like yoga pranayam must be followed under your practitioner supervision otherwise it should be avoided.

Exercise etc is ok with shirodhara but definitely not with basti...there are certain rules pre post and during panchkarm which are supposed to be followed strictly otherwise entire treatment can backfire her.
