Hello sir, my husband is 29 years old.he is  suffering from kidney stone problem since three weeks. Two stones both in Right side kidney are in size 6mm, 7mm. He is following strict diet and remedies as of now and also used some medicenes. But to avoid side effects we are preferring ayurvedic medicene to flush out them pls pls suggest us some ayurvedic churnas or medicenes or what treatment is good.we are not ready for any surgery bcoz we are recently married.

I am a student and since 3-4 years I have been sleeping in morning and studying at night due to which I am unable to wake up in morning now. No matter what, I try have already tried exercising, warm milk but cannot sleep at night. Have read about taking Medha vati Patanjali. Is it advisable to start ?
