I have been suffering from exfoliative chelitus from last 3 years. I have tried most of the medications from dermatologist and physicians but it does not work . So i went to ayurvedic doctor . She provided me below medicine: 1. khadirarishta 2. nimbadi kashayam 3. bavachi churna 4. Medicated ghee and honey I tried these medicines for 3 month . There is no improvement. Please suggest me . How to cure this . I am ready to pay and consult with you

Can we take a single Virechana treatment especially after eating a lot of junk food? Will that help clear the toxins? Or should Virechana be taken only as part of the entire Panchakarma therapy. Please advise.
