I have been prescribed Sutshekhar Ras and Manasmitra Vatakam. Is it safe to take Suthshekhar Ras & Manasmitra together or there should be some gap between these two medicines? If there needs to be some gap then how much?

Hi actually an ayurvedic doctor prescribed me to take M2 tone syrup,aloes compound tablets and saraswatirishtra for hormonal imbalance & delayed irregular periods.Can you please let me know aloes compound should be taken after or before food?all 3 medicines have side effects and till maximum time I can use these medicines?I have high prolactin level.
