Hello good evening doctor, I am suffering from health anxiety and worry about little body symptoms always feel pain in chest, burping and body tremors and scary symptoms which makes anxiety worse. I am always living in stress because I lost my mom and dad nd living alone with my brother. I am a unmarried guy. A aurvedic doctor suggest me Himalayan gasex, Himalayan Brahmi vati and stresscom. But I am worried about their side effects. Because my mind always concentrate in negative things means side effects. I always search the medicine and its side effects which makes anxiety so worse. Please suggest what should I do. I think this medicine makes reaction which kills me means always negative thoughts. Please help me so that I live my life happily. Please please 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏 help me. This stomach problems kills me always burping and body and esophageal tremors which feel likes a heart attack. My bp always lies in 110-130/ 70-85. And heart beat increase when tremors comes. help me

Growth of epiglottis inside of thorat, is this condition treatable with ayurveda. Bleeding now sometimes and hard to swallow eating semi liquid food now. Comes from very humble family and works daily wages. Please suggest best treatment

My old aunt,age 75, her uterus tumor was operated almost 30 years ago, now her uterus has come outside,and many alopathic gynecologists are consulted, they said that there is no treatment for this,only surgery is the way to cure this.. But she is now very old,and physically weak...her physical condition is not fit for operation... But the uterus which has come outside is giving her trouble,even she is feeling difficulties in toilet. We are all very much worried, it is very much difficult to live the rest of her life. Is there any remedy in ayurveda of this problem,other than surgery??? Could you please suggest??

I am also worry in small small body symptoms and very sensitive person. One doctor prescribed me stresscom capsules for stress which contains Ashwagandha 300mg. Can you please tell me is there any side effects of Ashwagandha is taken in summer season. Because in North India temperature goes high. Please tell me because i am so much worried should I take or not???
