Hi I have taken for cordorium plus syrup 10ml- 0 - 10ml after food for diabetic complications.. my question if take this syrup is there any side effect to kidney?

What is the most effective solution for bloating after meals and improve digestion  that I can take everyday without any side effects.

Hi Doctors, I have irregular delayed period problems and as per dr prescription am taking alose compound 2 tabs twice/day and M2 tone 15ml twice day and saraswatirishtra twice a day to control my prolactin and regulation of period.I have not got period but observing am gaining so much weight actually almost 4kgs.Can you please help me.Does this medicines are okay for my treatment .Am already overweight and increasing weight after taking this medicine.please help.

Hi, I took primolut n for 15 days ( 2 tablets a day ) as prescribed by gynecologist.after 4 days my period started but flow is very heavy that I'm feeling weekness I can't move..my gynecologist suggest me to take pause 500 but it doesn't stop my flow in fact I started very heavy menstrual.. flow pls help I want to reduce my menstrual flow.is there is medicine in ayurvedic pls doctor

Good morning doctor, today I practice yoga for my stress and anxiety. I do kapalbhati for 3 min and anlom vilom for 3 min. Then I mediate just focus of my breath come and out. After 4 breath my headache start then I stop it. After 1 hour I feel headache and headpressure when I walk and doing some work. This headache feels in both temple, eyebrows, inside eyes and under eyes. What should I do??? It makes me so anxious, so much worried please help.
