Giloy, Ashwagandha & Arjuna
Hi My dear Doctor's I'm taking himalaya Arjuna tablets from a month for my cholesterol.. I wanted to ask can i take Giloy & Ashwagandha also together for immunity & stress.. Can i take all 3 together without any problem? I don't have any health issues like sugar bp etc, i heard from someone that arjuna and Ashwagandha helps in reducing bp and sugar i only have doubt if i take these together will i get a problem of low BP or low sugar? Please reply may god bless u..

It will not cause liye bp or sugar but Arjuna and ashwagandha have opposite actions. So it's better if you don't take it. Giloy and Arjuna make a good combination. For immunity and sugar giloy is more than enough. Arjuna acts on bp and heart problems. If you specifically want to take medicines for sugar then giloy or ashwagandha are not enough.
