I'm taking arjuna 1 g daily for good heart health and stamina. My question is can arjuna be taken long term daily? How much dosage can be safely taken per day and can it cause any side effects in long time usage(many years)

Taking Arjuna powder for a long time is not advisable as the cardio tonic property is very considerable in Powder form. Better start taking Arjuna boiled in Milk (prepare Arjuna tea)
Health Tips
Every medicine is a potential one and should not be used for more than 20 days at a stretch.
