How to take patanjali Arjuna Kwath
I soak patanjali arjuna kwath overnight and boil it in the morning then I took it , after few time later I feel like a vomiting, any one suggest me why it's happening it's harmful or it's just a temporary, In packet says to eat five grams but five grams is too much when i measure it , anyone please describe me the proper way to take Arjuna kwath to benefit my overall health.

First do not soak kwath overnight. Second your digestive system is not good. Vomiting bas ek do bar he aegis jab isko pine ki habit ho jaegi then Vomiting nahi aegi. You can take kawath any time in a day.

May be due to gastric irritation.the quantity may be reduced and instead of water, milk may be used to prepare  boiled kashaya to reduce gastric irritation .
