Does arjuna contain magnesium
Hello Docs I take arjuna because I have mild anxiety and taking it helps me. I take it for 1 month and then stop for 1 month. then continue. I read in an article that it contains some magnesium. So I want to know is arjun safe to take and how much magnesium is in it? I have attached the image of the article

Arjuna  is not for anxiety .it is for heart disease .if you want proper medicine for anxiety then consult here. Avoid self medication.

It’s totally safe as you can use Arjun ksheer pak daily once a day And arjunarista 40 ml bd twice a day As Arjun is heart tonic so you can use it Magnesium-there it no such life threatening side effect are seen if it’s dose is under 350 mg per day it’s totally safe
