Arjuna tablets
Hi Dear Doctor's can a healthy person take arjuna tablets? As i heard arjuna helps in reducing cholesterol so started to take one tablet a day from last week as i have total cholesterol 232 and Ldl 162 i have no other health issues and my resting heart rate is 55-65 while sitting.. Is it helpful if i continue to take it, and can we take it for long term like years or not? Plz clear my doubts May god bless u all..

Hi sir understand the cause of your cholestrol elevation and better clear that metabolic error instead of depending on single drug tablets and for sure your lifestyle habits and food habits also causes this problem

Hello dear,no need to worry, U can take 1 tab twice a day for long term with out any hesitation, better take Decoction of Arjun bark once a day
