Drink lukewarm decoction made by adding 2 cloves and 1 cinnamon to half to 1 lit water, sip it 2-3 times/day.
Have lukewarm turmeric milk daily before sleep ( it will also help you to get good sleep).
Can take Chyavanprash 1 tsf with lukewarm milk twice/day.
Take throat soothing remedies like turmeric & honey, ginger honey drink.
Can take Sitopladi churna 1 tsf mixed with honey when you have throat irritation or sore throat.
