Mom, age 55 she is taking Temsi am 40 for BP and is Thalassemia minor .but no meds for Thalassemia minor .only folivite.
After covid she has lot of digestion issue and IBS since 4 months .anyways in normal pre covid times also she had loose stomach with 8-10 times motions in normal times .stool test and endoscopy is normal sir .may be due to excessive meds
Was passing motions so many times due to excessive acidity / gas ,feeling chills in body
She started with
Tab IBS -3rice before meals
Tab bael -2wice after meals
Takrarisht -2wice before meals
Motions were better
Then she started the below due to lot of burping ,passing of gas ,acidity coming up to her chest and head ,feeling weak
Praval pancha amrut 2 wice before meals
She has started getting joint pains now and chills are there even now

Dear Ma'am,no need to worry,Give her Tab Amlant Maharshi Ayurveda 2 tabs bid after meals or Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid with water after meals,Amoebika tab (Baidyanath) 2 bid for 7 days, massage gently with Rumasyl oil Zandu + olive oil daily
