Mom, age 55 she is taking Temsi am 40 for BP and is Thalassemia minor .but no meds for Thalassemia minor .only folivite.
After covid she has lot of digestion issue and IBS with severe burping.
anyways in normal pre covid times also she had loose stomach with 8-10 times motions in normal times .stool test and endoscopy is normal sir
Currently since yesterday she is taking
Tab IBS -3rice before meals
Tab bael -2wice after meals
Takrarisht -2wice before meals
Please guide me if this dosage correct sir and safe along with BP medicine
She is having alot of burping ..sour burping .. and burping happens alot ..currently she is having pain below naval also
Main problem happens in morning when she wakes up the acid comes up to chest and Head and full gas in motions and cramps in stomach
She is also having tender cocunut water daily since a month but she often is prone to cold also
Please guide what I can add to the medicines she is taking or anything needs to be changed .

Dear ma'am,no need to worry,U can take Kutajghan Vati 2 tabs bid (for 5 days) Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid before meals, Ajmodadi Churna 1 tsf at night after dinner Avoid sour curd, Red chilli tea coffee Kadi spicy food cold drinks alcohol eggs nonveg smoking tobaco etc if so, postpone above mentioned medication by you
