How I can I protect myself from covid infection , prescribe some medicines plz... ... This time covid is really dangerous

I got Covid positive on 14 th ( rtpcr) and had ct level 17 and 19 and HRCT score 7/24. Now I have recovered ( rtpcr not done) but congestion in chest is causing a lot of trouble. I can't talk continuously for 5 minutes.Right now taking vitamin supplements and montelukast once plus grillinctus BM. Please suggest some ayurvedic remedies. Can I take giloy and shitopaladi churna?

Hi My dear Doctor's I'm taking himalaya Arjuna tablets from a month for my cholesterol.. I wanted to ask can i take Giloy & Ashwagandha also together for immunity & stress.. Can i take all 3 together without any problem? I don't have any health issues like sugar bp etc, i heard from someone that arjuna and Ashwagandha helps in reducing bp and sugar i only have doubt if i take these together will i get a problem of low BP or low sugar? During periods can we eat mango Or it's harmful I m feeling very low Hungry wid mango Is it's safe or I skip to eat?

I just have a feeling that doing NASYA KRIYA on daily basis may be accepted as the most powerful tool of prevention of COVId -19 as  virus will get trapped in the nasal itself due to oil.
