Hi, Recently I have visited a ayurvedic doctor in Patanjali store and he prescribed certain medicines for my mother but as per attachment No 5 and No 6 medicines are in powder form which my mother facing issues in consumption. As doctor is only prescribe Patanjali medicines that's why I am asking here please suggest Alternative medicine in either Tablet or Liquid form for only No 5 mentioned medicines and No 6 medicines--  as per attachment - plz suggest brand which are easily abl in market like Dabur, Zandu, baidyanath, Himalaya.

Hi, I am 42 years old and till now have any major health issues. I walk daily for an hour at Speed 5 km/hr and do anulom vilom bhastrika and kapalbhati with sukhskham byam for 10-12 mins daily. I do drink and smoke cigarette but for very rare occasion (max50 cigarette/year and 5-6 times drink in a year for limited quantity-180 ml) But due to job pressure sometimes my sleep is not proper and unintentional bad food habits (which is though in rare occasion) sometimes I afraid dat may des can internal problem within body though I do health check up in every six months where al reports are normal only Triglycerides very within 210 and vdl -33 can I consume  - 1) Chandraprabha Bati 2) Arjunarishta 3) Sakhpushpi liquid If Yes den what 1) will be dosage and should be taken before after breakfast/lunch/dinner or empty stomach ? 2) Should I continue this for lifetime or need need to give a break for "Certain prescribed days" to continue again ? Plz suggest here . Thanks in advance

My mom age is 62, she don't have any bp or daibities,in 2013 she get discbelge in L5 nd L6 with pain in right leg nd  with medicines and physiotherapy she feeled better In 2015 she fall down nd get a facture in spinal bone and that get cured From back a month she feeling so much pain in her left leg, can't walk properly, once she stand from chair she need to be in standing for 5 to 7mnts then only she can walk, shown to doctor, taken 15days physiotherapy but can't cured, with doctor suggestion done her mri also, is there is any medicine in ayurveda for her problem, I am attaching her mri reports with this Kindly suggest what to be do now
