Eating raw fresh forest amla or freshly prepared juice is best option.
Any branded amla juice has added preservatives in it so not that useful for daily intake
Eating amla candy or amla murraba or chyavanprash is good option instead of old preservatives added basi amla juice of any company.
Juice should be used within 1 day according ayurvediy shatra
After one day juice becomes basi food.
People drinking basi juices !!! Basiness is restricted by harmful preservatives like sodium benzoate etc
It will affect people's health
Other way of making juice or swaras using churna is described in ayurvediy shatra.
Understand this method consulting near by pure ayurvediy consultant not from people like babas who don't know basik samhita sutra of ayurvediy shatra.
