Hi sir/mam, Since last 2-3 years I have nasal septum deviation and one side of nose always blocked during weather changes, please help me with it

Ihav hypothyroidism since 8 years I take allopathy medicine's. Ihav3 kidney stones size 2mm,4mm,4mm last year I checked.7months back i am covid positive after 6 months I have check fasting sugar 72&pp sugar 103 but after 1-2 hours eating I feel stomach empty and also hunger,dry mouth again I tested fasting blood sugar is 98& hb1ac is 5.8.from 1month I avoid rice items used millets. can prediabetes is  revesible.is any treatment for prediabetes cured and how long should taken treatment.

I have diabetes from past 6 years and I take English medicine. Do we have treatment in Ayurveda for diabetes so that I can leave English medicine and continue with Ayurveda?

Can I consume Ashwagandha for years? I've been eating 1 himalaya Ashwagandha pill everyday for 10-12 months. Is it okay if I continue eating 1 pill everyday?
