Hi Dr, My Dr gave me Mahakalyanaka ghrita 1tsp 2 times. along with Gokshura, shatavari, liv 52 . This ghee is solid. 1 tsp means melted ghee or solid ghee. Now I cannot call my dr., so asking other ayurveda experts. Thanks
