Mom, age 55 had covid in dec 2020 & was treated @home After covid she has lot of digestion issue and IBS .anyways in normal pre covid times also  she had loose stomach with  8-10 times motions in normal times .stool test and endoscopy is normal sir  She is having these meds from 10 tablets Tab IBS -3rice  before meals Tab bael -2wice after meals Takrarisht -2wice before meals Motion is in control but acid was coming up to chest and head & feeling of choking .then she started with praval pancha amrut and nutmeg powder since 2 days..now also  she's having pain when she touches left of naval and passing of gas and acidity,burping , flatulence ,feeling of chill, and frequency of motion like 5-6 times even now ..please advice what should be added or stopped  or anything new .she also takes BP medicine Temsi Am 40 and is thalassemia minor .but no meds for thalassemia minor .Also can she take any supplements like zincovit,calcium ,VIt c ...Please advise .Will be obliged

Ihave ibs constipation. My prikriti vata pitta.I have night time bed time pain due to gas center of stomach just above naval occur. I have taken bed time avipattikar churn,ajmodadi churn,liv 52ds,unienzyme tablet,arogyavardhini vati, ajmidadi churnBut still gas i have to take aciloc 150 mg bed time with panchsakar churn since 1 year and again in morning because no motion until again i take same medicine like Bed time. In Ayurveda bed time swarn sootsekhar ras or sansamati vati will be better. Which one should i take. My stool comes sticky. My skin burn under sun and in home also. My blood heat. Whole body pain also. No fever.my stomach pain due to excess vata in body due to anxiety .endoscopy and many test negative.

Ihav hypothyroidism since 8 years I take allopathy medicine's. Ihav3 kidney stones size 2mm,4mm,4mm last year I checked.7months back i am covid positive after 6 months I have check fasting sugar 72&pp sugar 103 but after 1-2 hours eating I feel stomach empty and also hunger,dry mouth again I tested fasting blood sugar is 98& hb1ac is 5.8.from 1month I avoid rice items used millets. can prediabetes is  revesible.is any treatment for prediabetes cured and how long should taken treatment.
