Fever not coming down from 98.5-99.5 even after covid negative..no other symptoms ..BP IS ALSO HIGH 95/150. No weakness in body

Does this syrup have any side effect? Should it be taken with warm water or cold? Also, what if you are allergic to one of the ingredients in it? Will it still be okay to take it?

I have digestion related issue due to weak agni. Ama create in blood. Cause inflammation of skin due to pitta in blood, constipation. After meal liv 52ds help.In morning empty stomach giloy ghan Vati . due to excess vata kapha imbalance and ama create in blood.My question giloy ghan is best or sanshamani vati. Can i take baidynath sanshamani because it has other ingredients too.

While Performing jal neti I feel like water has travelled to my ears as well. Specially in left side, is there can any problem. But I feel uneasy for a while same as we feel our ears blocked on heights in mountains and after few mins then all good again. Please suggest I hope there can not be any serious issue due to this
