My mom,age 55 has frequent loose motions ,passing of gas ,severe burping , flatulence,sometimes pain in near naval upto centre of chest,sometimes pain in left side of naval, She had lot of medicines in covid in Dec .post which she has this issue .pre covid also she had frequent motions IBS syndrome Plz advise medicines as shes feeling v weak Also lost 10 kg in 10 months...she takes Temsi am for BP and is Thalassemia minor . thyroid and stool test done in march was normal . endoscopy also normal

Hello Dr, PL LET ME KNOW HOW TO INCREASE MY RECTUM PASSAGE EITHER BY MEDICATION OR EXERCISE OR ANY OTHER METHODS. I under went & Completed KSHARA SUTRA treatment for fistula, now it is all clear & healing. Now my problem is anus & rectum passage is very narrow I am not able to insert medium size DILATOR, it is very painful, stools are flat & thin (semi solid). Medication I am taking now. I was diagonised with covid positive in feb 2021 before my hip implant surgery and surgery got postponed to march .I was in home isolation for 20 days and got recovered.in March I got my implant removal and was fine and in April I was fasting for Ramazan and all was fine but from past week I have chronic fatigue with burning eyes.is this the long term effect of post covid.mine was asymptomatic covid with loss of taste smell with fatigue in February and got to know only pre surgery tests.what should be done now to improve my condition for fatigue as I suffer from ibs d and gerd from many years.

My platelet count on 17.05.21 was 100. It was 160 on 26.04.21. I do not have any illness or fever. How can we increase platelet count.

Is it safe to take 1 giloy tablet daily for immunity and when one should take it.. empty stomach in morning or after breakfast
