Hi Having irregular periods and pcod Trying for conceive too but for my cysts I don't want to go for any surgery because 2 yrs back I already had one same laproscopy. So just want now Ayurveda, any suggestions.

I am starting to lose my sense of smell due to allergic Rhinitis. And it keeps recurring. It is difficult to not be able to smell things. I am worried.

Good day, My father aged 65 yrs has high Bp and takes allopathic medicine for same and mother aged 62 has low BP. They have been taking Cornonil tablets as preventive measure on a daily basis.Is it safe to do so because I read online that ashwagandha which is one of the constituents alters the blood pressure.What other ways they can increase their immunity?
