Spearmint tea
I have pcod issue, because of that I have acne, dark spots and facial hair( which causing me irritation and stress)... And over weight of 22 kilo... Practising surya mudra and surya namaskar... Now relaxing little from sleeping issue and feeling changes in weight that I am loosing weight... Can I drink Spearmint tea for pcod??? If yes please suggest how to use.
